Flying on my (bingo) wings - NO MORE!

I just discovered this site today, although I had an app for a while now. I love the way site is structured and I really think I can loose a bit of weight!

This is my first serious attempt to get back in shape after the obligatory Christmas bonanza and with my fridge full of vegetables and yoghurts it looks promising.

Have you guys got some tips of how to beat the initial 'hunger bug' which is the hardest in the first week?

    To ward off the hunger bug...nuts, fruit, 100 cal snacks, PB and lots of H2O!!!!! Much luck to you - this is the BEST place to be for support!

    I would completely agrere with picturesing. Slow energy releasing food will sustain you for longer.
