Hi, I am a mom of two and looking for some weight loss support. I recently had surgery and haven't been cleared to start exercising yet, but I'm hopeful that will be soon. .

    I too just had a hernia repair this past Friday...I was told not to do anything except for light walking for 6 weeks. Prior to this injury I was getting into amazing shape...
    As soon as I am cleared, I will be back to my old regimen... For now, its watching what I eat and logging everything... And of course, walking.
