Calories Burned

Does anyone have a website or a tool that helps to monitor the actual calories burned? I would like to buy something that is a better measuring tool that websites all the time. I would like to be a bit more accurate with my calories burned.

You should invest in a heart rate monitor if you want an accurate reading of burned calories. The machines are websites are just estimates and generally are higher then your actual calories burned.0

I use a Bodymedia Fit armband and like it quite a bit. A lot of people use a heart rate monitor also to tell them calories burned during exercise. I guess mainly depends if you want to wear something to help you get an idea of all day expenditures vs what you burn during your workouts.0

I don't have one myself but people are always recommending a Heart Rate Monitor, also if you google exercise calorie calculator, there are often several options available, they base it on your weight so it should be fairly accurate although I would imagine not as good as a HRM.0

I love my Polar HRM but a good friend has (and loves) her BodyBugg which is a little more involved than the HRM. You'd wear it 24/7.0
