Hello everyone,

My name is Mendy and I'm restarting my weightloss journey as I have many many of times. I have struggled with weight loss ever since I could remember. Last year I was successful in losing weight however I got comfortable and reverted back to my old eating habits. Now at my highest 198lb I know it's time to really sit down and pledge my goals publicly. I wish you all good luck in your journey and encourage you to keep going. My goals are to lose at least 2lbs a week it's going to require a low calorie diet, lots of water and a consisted work out plan and most importantly..I have to keep in mind if I want extraordinary results equal extraordinary efforts. Here it goes 2015 I'm ready to conqueror
