I work in the medical field and I know what an unhealthy lifestyle can lead to. Despite knowing the consequences, I've spent years living with bad eating habits, being a couch potato, and late snack binges. I am at my highest weight I've ever been and it stops right now. Here's to getting fit and healthy.... and sticking to it. I know the best way to succeed is to have a supportive community around you. Hoping to add some new friends along the way.

I gained a lot after i graduated-- lol after my first paycheck my fiance and i ate out more at restaurants and did a lot of carry outs.
