I am a 39 year old mother who is finally serious about getting fit and becoming healthier. I am at my all time highest weight of 245 lbs and I am not very happy with myself because of it. I just had baby number 7 six months ago and I am ready to do something about this weight so I can enjoy my kids on a more active level. I am a nursing mom so I want to be extra careful not to do anything that would cause me harm to my milk supply. Any suggestions or motivational tips?
