54 yrs and 54 lbs to loose...looking for MFP friends.

I started MFP Jan 1st tracking food and using a new Fitbit. I am exploring dietary changes and activity exercises. Want to loose about 60 lbs, get energy back and increase my fitness. If you want to share experiences, offer advice or need support like I do, I am looking for MFP friends on a similar journey.

    I have used My Fitness Pal to log my food in the past and am ready to do it again. It really works when you are aware of the calories you are putting into your body. I, unfortunately, quit using the app and gained some weight. I'm 53 and looking to become active and track what I'm eating again. I received the Garmin Vivofit as a gift and though I haven't set any goals with it yet, I have been wearing it daily and am conscious of the steps I'm taking. I'd be interested in keeping in touch and seeing how you are doing if you are interested.
