Gaining weight

I'm about 5'8 126 pounds. I want to get bigger stronger athletic body. Hopefully go up to 150 pounds Should I just gain the weight by just eating as much as I could while lifting then when I get to my target weight just eat healthy and maintain or what ? Any tips welcome

    I would suggest doing your research on lean bulking rather than dirty bulking and just end up getting fat
