After tracking my food for the past week, I came to the conclusion that I am taking in way too much sodium. When I think about some of my physical issues, it makes so much sense! But now I see it in text and realize I have to figure out how to get that number down.

Cook at home a few meals a week. Canned and packaged food has lots of sodium. Even frozen meats often have lots of sodium.

Get some lite salt or Nosalt to help if you really want to reduce it.
It tastes about the same, especially in cooking, and you get some much-needed potassium.
Can get it at your local grocery store no problem.0 -
Also, avoid fast food and packaged, processed food like the plague.
Read labels. You'd be amazed at what is carrying around a load of salt.
And you'd be amazed at what's carrying around a load of sugar. Even stuff that doesn't taste sweet.0 -
