Over on Protien .. Under on Calories

Hi,
I'm new to the program (2nd week) and am having problems eating enough calories yet over on suggested protien. Will this hinder my weight loss? Advice??

From experience, i worked on the same program and I ended up getting gout in my toes. It was extremely painful. My doctor said it was from having to much protein in my diet. I have cut back on my protein and have not had it return since.0
