Over on Protien .. Under on Calories

:) Hi,
I'm new to the program (2nd week) and am having problems eating enough calories yet over on suggested protien. Will this hinder my weight loss? Advice??

    From experience, i worked on the same program and I ended up getting gout in my toes. It was extremely painful. My doctor said it was from having to much protein in my diet. I have cut back on my protein and have not had it return since.
