You are all AMAZING!!!! I can't wait to put my before & after photos on here. I started on Jan 1st 2015 at 181 lbs and I'm down 8.5lbs so far....hoping to get to 140 lbs initially then maybe lower depending on how I look/feel/body composition/etc.0

@evolution328 The top one is a mirror image. I flipped it using an app for the bottom comparison. You can tell that they are the same tattoos, one is just a mirror image.0 -

I gained a lot of it back over the holidays...but this was about a 3-month project. I'm turning 47 soon and back at it. Feeling the back and knees more than I used to. Mostly lifting in interval sets, minimal cardio (which I'm thinking of upping). Eating clean and shooting for about a 2 lb loss per week.
I can use motivation and expert advice though!

Not done yet. But here's 50 down. I've gained back 16 but they're going to go too.
I hope this is enough loss to post in here. I love seeing everyone's success I think that motivates me most of all.
Just want to get under 200!

Although I am not at my goal weight yet, I thought I would share a "before and during" photo. (Apologies for the cr*ppy quality of the photos - iPhone's aren't always so reliable lol.)
First picture was taken Christmas Day, 2013 - second picture was taken 18 January 2015.
I've lost 23 kilograms so far, with another 15 -20 kilograms to go.
