How about making something like a crustless quiche or breakfast casserole or baked egg cups? Cook them up in your spare time, portion out and all you have to do is grab and go! You can google for the recipes.0

I just had some turkey breast slices and american cheese. Microwave for about 30-45 seconds and it's perfect!
I also like a piece of toast with avocado. High protein and the good fats.0 -
Low Carb Breakfast Muffins - Great to make ahead of time and grab and grub on the go!
8 eggs
1/2 lb sausage or 1/2 lb hamburger meat
1 cup cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Brown and drain meat. Beat eggs in bowl. Add meat, cheese, salt, pepper, and optional ingredients. Mix. Pour into greased full size muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Use toothpick to check for doneness

I like to grab a chunk of meat, nuke some eggbeaters in the microwave or pull out a Jimmy Dean omelet, myself. All are fast, quick and easy.0

Bacon 8-15 minutes in 450F oven. Depends on thickness and desired doneness. Get an uncured bacon for health.
Eggs 2 minutes.
Total max time is 20 minutes including oven warm up time.
Add in some homemade full fat milk kefir and a very green banana to get your probiotics and prebiotics for the morning.0 -

Or google low-carb egg muffins... you bake little mini omelettes things in a muffin pan and then have a bunch ready to go in the fridge.0 -
