In need of support

Hi everyone, I'm new. I actually am not in need of motivation to work out or eat healthily, just some support. I feel sad a lot and haven't seen many changes in my body since when I began my fitness journey. I dont think I'll ever achieve my goal body. Kinda lonely. Anyone have any tips/ideas for healthy snacks, also? Thanks.

    You're only 18. You can achieve anything in the world you want. Take full advantage of your youth.

    What sort of fitness program are you doing? I know the struggle of needing to see results to keep my motivation up.
  • I don't do a program but combine workouts from fitnessblender.com. You should look into it, its a great youtube channel.
