How many calories to gain weight?

I need help deciding how many calories I need to gain weight. I'm 20yrs old 5ft 3in 90lbs do not exercise. Also what should i be eating?

  You punch in your stats in this site's database yet? Go for 0 weight loss and eat more calories than that
