Fairly new to my fitness pal, joined three months ago, but have only recently been logging. My mother passed away and I had taken a hiatus to life.
I have logged almost 2 weeks and have lost 5 pounds! First milestone met!! Woot!!!
I would love to have some peer support as I have a 70+ pound weight loss journey ahead of me!!! I have lost these pounds before and will do it again!!! I refuse to let myself gain back this much weight!!!
Ready to be healthy, have support and have more accountability!!! Hoping to gain some MFP friends!!!

    Try not to think about what you have to loose
    Instead congratulate yourself for each pound you do loose
