From a quick Google... Medifast is US based, Slim & Save is UK based?

I had a doctor suggest Medifast, but it has a lot of soy products and is expensive, so I couldn't do it even if I wanted to. I have issues eating, so I think she was trying to help me eat more meals spread out throughout the day.0
