i do various videos of hers. I credit her videos with my weight loss, I find it hard to gage how many calories I could be burning with the videos. Anyone have a rough estimate?

    It's really hard to gage unless you have a heart monitor. I have a Polar. Everyone will vary depending on weight and overall conditioning. For me, a 30 minute JM session like Shred or Body Revolution usually burns around 250 calories during those 30 minutes. But since you've done those tapes and have lost weight you know they really ramp up your metabilsim for the rest of the day as well.

    Agreed, the workouts are great and that's most of my weight loss too! I usually log it as 'aerobics, general' or 'circuit training' depending on which one and how intense it is!
