8 months in and 50 pounds lighter

i started this journey may 15, 2014 to lose 84 pounds. I am well on my way and am now walking between two and three miles a day and working out at the Y every Saturday. My blood pressure has gone down and my knees and back don't hurt like that used to. I amazed at my energy and the 6 plus inch smaller waist pants I am wearing. Pretty good for a guy over 60. Looking forward to living many more active years with my wonderful wife!!!
