Jamie Eason's LiveFit - starting this, any advice/interested parties?

Hey everyone,
I really need to get motivated to change things up for next year and start a new exercise regimen. I like the Livefit program since its free and gives great details on what to work on every day, and the diet plan sounds good too (although I'll be modifying it as a vegan). Anyone have advice before I take the plunge, or anyone want to join me on this 90 day quest? Thanks all.

    The program uses a 5-day split, and lots of isolation exercises & machines. That means it's great for an advanced bodybuilder. It's not really ideal for general fitness, which usually involves a full-body workout or a 2 or 3-day split, and mostly compound exercises using freeweights. What is your goal?

    Great overall program for both men and women. The third and last portion of the program were exceptionally brutal. If you struggle with plyometrics and certain movements are a challenge for you, you might want to double check and see how those exercises look.

    I am also going to start this... I'm hoping to start it on the 29th or possibly the first week of January (ya ya I know I know). I have a trip coming up at the end of March and I'd like to see an improvement by then. I just hope it works... / I can dedicate myself to it.

    Hi, I'm half way through it. Did you start it? Add me if you did! I'm super nervous about the third phase! Mostly just not knowing how to do all the jump ripping and all that in the gym with the ways its set up. I'll have to change it a bit I think.

    I am on day 10, and it has been very manageable so far- but, I fear phase 2 and 3. Would love accountability buddies if anyone else is currently doing Livefit! I am trying to get in bridal shape, and I really hope this is a good start. Luckily, I have until October!

    Seems like the program that (at least) half of Bodyspace is doing.

    I'm on day 17 and really enjoying it so far! I use the bodyspace app when I'm at the gym, you can find the livefit program on it use it to track your workout, time your rests, and look at the exercise guides if you need to. My legs are so sore from day 15 haha.
