I shared an office with a continence nurse (one who specialised in bladder and bowel issues) and learnt all kinds of useful stuff.
One is that there are so many people with bladder or bowell issues and that we are really bad at asking for help for this kind of stuff.
Another is that diet and exercise are really important, it seems really likely that getting some fresh and healthy food in there has made a difference. Oh, drinking lots of water helps too (in general I mean, not just for you).
She used to say that "fluffy floaters" were better than "stinky sinkers" but honestly I think if you are going regularly and feeling good, I wouldn't worry which ones they are!0 -
After watching my kids struggle for the first 3 years of thier lives..then it all worked out for them...but having to pysically help them and see them cry in pain all I can say is Thannk Goodnes this is possibly getting way better for you.....what a great relief...0

Yeah! Ok I was going to put 'way to go' but then I started laughing at the double meaning....lol
I can kind of understand where you are coming from. I have suffered for IBS for about 15 years and bounce back and forth. But since starting here I have noticed a much improved functioning in that department.
Hope everything continues to work out well for you.0 -

Fantastic news! I'm very happy for you! I'm also cheering you for posting about it - it may help others feel not-so-alone, or seek help they wouldn't otherwise. Good on ya!0

Dear, I work in a pathology lab, and in group homes for 10 years prior to that - it takes a LOT more than that to gross me out. That's great news! I'm so glad you're having more benefit than just weight loss. I know a guy who I'm guessing has this condition...he said that one year he did not poo the entire time from before Thanksgiving until after New Years. Even though he ate all the holiday meals and treats. SCARY. How he stayed out of the hospital, I will never know.0
