Ive been walking an hour a day because im a stay at home mom with a 3 year old so i always have him, and walking seems to be the only thing I can do with him i walk he just rides his bike, its been almost a week and im worried that im not doing enough.

    Walking is great exercise! You could also try some work-out dvd's while he plays or naps. You might also pick up some hand-weights (or even cans of soup) and use those. My boys loved working out with me but soon tired of it and went to play while I continued my workout.

    Pick yourself up a exercise bike. one the little one sleep pop on

    I like Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, but there are a lot of options depending on your interest. There are yoga dvd's, Insanity, ...
