Protein problems!

I try to eat meat throughout the day, and sometimes I will eat sandwiches with extra meat. What bugs me is that I have a 35% protein goal, but at the end of the day, I will only be at 24% of the goal. I am a college student; therefore, some of my options are limited. But, are there any meals and/or gas station snacks that are rich in protein, but healthy? All my other levels are in great balance, but again, I just cannot seem to get the protein levels regardless of the meat I eat. (*)

Do you buy protein powder? Have you ever tried it?

Some yoghurs are high in protein, I fine danio are nice and low in fat with lots of protein but they are expensive. Nuts are known to be good, they have a high fat content but it is a nateral fat that your body doesn't absorb... Can't remember what type of fat it is called. X
  • Dannon Lite & Fit 5.3 Oz. Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup Bear Naked Original Cinnamon Granola has a total of 22g protein and is a fast and DELICIOUS snack

    No, I have not.

    Great yogurt suggestions!
  • Kidney bean-2 cups have the same protein as a Big Mac. Green peas-1 cup has same as a glass of milk. Nuts, quinoa. Quinoa is like a grain but actually a complete protein similar to 3 ounces of meat. Half a cup of edamame or One cup of broccoli also has the same protein as a cup of milk. Try protein powder too
