Nice article which gives a visual representation of what 2000 calories looks like at different popular food chains. Hope you guys find this useful.

    Although to be fair, I am not convinced I could eat most of those "meals" in one sitting even if I tried.

    Luckily we don't have most of those fast food restaurants in the UK, and I've always been a fan of Subway.
