Hunger post-workout?

So, I've pretty much got the calorie counting down now and with few exceptions its pretty easy to stay within my goals.

But now I'm increasing my gym time, and it is a serious struggle not to over-eat post work out (particularly since I am trying not to eat back all of my extra 'earned' calories). Any suggestions for post workout snacks? Or do I just need to get used to it!

Lots of protein all the time. I workout in the mornings, so when I wake up, I have a large glass of water next to my bed and I down that. Then I have water during my workout and then I have two boiled eggs for breakfast and nuts for a snack mid morning. Plenty of water does it and plenty of high dense protein as well.

If you're increasing your activity level, you should also be increasing your calorie intake...that's why you get those calories to eat back....just make an allowance for estimation error.

Use this tool the way it is designed to be used...it fixes a lot of these kinds of issues.
