Fitbit Charge HR question. Does it have an inactivity alarm?

I can't seem to find the answer to this question. So, it probably doesn't. But I was hoping it has an inactivity alarm. I can really zone out sometimes and would love for it to vibrate and let me know that I have been sitting to long. Anyone know? I remember reading that the jawbone has this.

No. But you can set an alarm for whatever you want. So I guess you could set one every three hours or something.0

No, it doesn't. If you set any alarms it really seems to drain the battery much quicker. I look at the Fitbit app on my phone throughout the day to see where I'm "at".0
