Although I hated running. Now I just dislike it most of the time. I love weights though.

Feel free to add me. I'm 45 and working on losing 25 before hip surgery towards the end of March.
Weight lifting is one of the best things you can do for weight loss. Really. Change muscle from slow twitch to fast twitch, which in turn changes white fat to brown.
