Hello new to this site

Hello everyone, I am new to this site. This is my second day on MFP. I actually started my diet or should I say changed my eating habits a month ago. I can already tell this site is going to be so helpful to me. Keeping track of my food intake and also my exercise. Like so many others, I have started diets over and over again. But this time I have made up my mind that this weight is going to come off. My doctor informed me that my blood pressure is too high and that I needed to get the weight off and start walking. I am doing just that. So I will need all the help and encouragement I can get.
