Baked Eggs with Wilted Baby

I made this pie, but without the crust, split in four instead of six:

Tasted really good, but I'm going to adjust amounts next time - measurements in cups doesn't really help; a slightly smaller packet of spinach, squeeze out the water is important, use a larger packet of feta - and the immersion blender on the cheese - the crumbles were still crumbles after baking. And I understand that it should be firm when I take it out of the oven.
