Small victories!

1. I have logged my food and exercise for ten consecutive days!
2. I was having a really bad day yesterday (I cried at work and everything) and turned down Toblerone when it was offered to me!
3. This morning I weighed in at exactly 88kg, which means I'm only 2kg from no longer being considered "overweight" and I'm only 10kg from my goal weight (hah, "only"!)! For some reason this feels a lot more achievable than 12kg or 15kg or 18kg did.
4. Tonight I start Week 2, Day 1 of C25K, and I'm actually excited about it! I'm also kind of scared, but I have a friend running with me so it's all good.

Lots of exclamation marks there because I'm getting kind of excited about this. Happy almost-Friday, guys! :smile:
