Changing app settings

I accidentally allowed Up Jawbone friends to see posts here and would prefer to keep the two separate. Can't work how to disconnect. Can anyone help?

  Does Jawbone have a website were you can log into your profile to deny the postings?

  I think I fixed it by disconnecting from mfp and reconnecting. Thanks.
