Is this healthy and advice on my lifestyle

Ok all i need feedback on this, regarding lifestyle. i am active mid 30s male. I work straight midnights.
So when I work on shift i usually have one to 2 cups of coffee during shift. to help me through it all. I usually feel good and keeps me going.
I dont eat at all on nights at work. During my work week. eat 2 meals, each average size and from my diary you can see my foods are healthy.
when i get home from work i sleep around 8am to 130pm usually, then up rest of day, doing a one hour nap in evening before work.
Also i do something active every day, from skiing, gym or cycling, 2 hours at times.
I feel good, but in other eyes does this seem healthy? or am i going to hit a wall and explode?

Certainly doesn't look like you're eating enough for your activity level. Plus I would die if I worked out for two hours and only slept for 6.5, but people's sleep needs vary.0
