Hi all....Question, 5 days a week I do HIIT training...typically it is 6 excersizes total, the exercersizes range from jumping jacks, girls push ups, body squats, rocking planks, standing pull backs, mountain climbers or squat thrusts...it is a circuit...30 second exercise, 10 second rest, move to the next...this takes about 24 minutes...when done I total about 120 jumping jacks, 120 rocking planks, 120-130 body squats, 120 squat thrust, 120 standing pull backs...how do I measure all of this...I am soaked when done...do I measure each excersize individually by type to get calories burned??? Thanks!!!
