I am looking to shed a few pounds and get into a healthier me. After going through a divorce and being single mom to 3, I let myself go a little. My profile picture is the me I would like to get back to. I have about 20 pounds to go and will need a little help staying motivated as most nights I just want to sleep and most mornings I struggle to get out of bed just to make it to work on time. Hoping to find a routine and stick with it.

You've outlined your goals and identified some of your weaknesses! Finding a routine that you can stick to will take some time.
A study conducted by University College London, found on average it took participants 66 days of doing the same activity for it to become a habit. It may sound challenging, but working out releases endorphins so eventually you'll find yourself enjoying and looking forward to your workouts!!
