    Best wishes on your fitness journey. Find a routine that you can stick with and keep at it. A study conducted at the University College London, found that on average it took participants 66 days of doing a routine before it became a habit. Sounds intimidating, but you can do it!

    Me too...so I discovered Joanna Soh on you tube. She has great workout advice and also meals. If you like to check it out.

    Seems to be a glitch with the mobile app, perhaps try using the desktop version
