Hi I'm brand new to this and am really eager to lose weight. I am extremely overweight and have decided to get fit. Quit smoking start working out and have joined the Southbeach diet. (No carbs). I know I will find it hard but I am a single mum and am bored of my frozen food lifestyle. I would really appreciate some support and would like for people in similar situations to give their input :)
