    Kayln's Kitchen is the best blog site of recipes for South Beach I've ever seen. Everything I've tried has been really great - and I'm not doing South Beach. They are just really good recipe ideas.

    Definitely agree. All the recipes that I've tried have been great!

    Yeah I've read a lot of kalyn's kitchen recipes. They are very popular. Yesterday I made the vanilla coffee and whipped topping. It was amazing. Just struggling to rest up tonight. It will be hard going cold turkey from carbs. :/
