hi everyone, my journey to fitness started properly last summer. Due to a childhood infection I had to have a full hip replacement on my left hip November 2013 after over 6months of not being able to exercise and having to give up horse riding due to pain. Of course I ended up putting weight on and getting a bit too 'jelly like' for my liking and joined the gym for the first time in my life! Now another 6 months later I am getting stronger and leaner, found MFP to help track my food intake, macros etc and so far it's really helping. Having my first proper full on personal training session this afternoon, wish me luck!!!
