Not on a 'diet'....

morning! My name is alison and after years of gaining weight losing it etc, I have lost 13 stone in 10 weeks, how did I do it? My husband and I separated and now I find myself, 35 and I need to get fit and slim, so now I've ditched my chocolate, cake and crisps (my 3 C's!)
I've lost a stone since the new year, which I am quite happy about, you can't see any difference yet (despite what people say!) but I actually feel like I'm achieving something here.

Would love to hear from others out there!! Good luck all x

If you would like, add me and we can take this journey together!!

You have lost 13 stones in 10 weeks? That's 182 lbs in 10 weeks. I hope this is a typo.

In any case, welcome to MFP and good luck in meeting your goals.

Hahaha! That was funny! I'm trying this new (for me) approach of not dieting, but really and truly changing my eating habits. It's been ONE day and dang it's hard! LOL!
