60 pounds to lose, I used to run a few years ago. Any help and motivation would be great x

    You can do it! I would love to be a runner, but sadly have really bad feet. I love to walk though. I just joined this site but it's very inspirational.

    I have bad knees, so I walk as much as I can. It has really helped with my weight loss so far. Welcome!

    Hi, Im new, My name is Jess. I go to TOPS every week, love it, I am trying to exercise more and I, too, would like to take up running. I signed up with fatgirlsguidetorunning.com. Theres lots of motivation and a plan to get started on a 5k. Idk about that but kicking it up a notch is good for me. Cannot wait for the sun to come back out, its dark everyday when I get out of work, Im sick of being cooped up!
