PiYo vs 21 day fix

I am looking at a new beachbody set and I can't decide! I love Shaun T and have all of his stuff, so I woul like something that would compliment that. I also run OCR, so you can take that into consideration.

    It really depends on what your goals are. PiYo and 21DF are two very different workouts (although equally as awesome - I've done them both).

    Feel free to friend me and maybe we can narrow it down! :D

    I would recommend PiYo for the flexibility aspect. I incorporated piyo into my marathon training. I really love Shaun T too but piyo will be my goto for a recovery week from max:30. 21 Day Fix is more like a totally body strength training like p90x. Very effective and good variety. But I think every ST fan and runner should have piyo.
  • I love ST too!!! Been doing T25 on and off for the past year. I was struggling to decide whether to order PiYo or 21 Day Fix too... then, I hurt my leg doing a weird lunge variation from a Jillian Michaels DVD. I just ordered PiYo and will be starting it on 2/3!!
