Hi I'm needing help....I lost 25 lbs 2 yrs ago...kept it off and now need to finish this!!!

    Congratulations on the weight loss earlier, as well as keeping it off! Thinking you've got a good head start, but lots of different advice on here for sure That might help you finish your journey, wish you all the best!
