Hello my name is Britainy! I am excited to start using MFP! I have lost 18 pounds so far and am challenging myself to lose 15 more before Spring!

    Hello there I started eating better and working out 2 weeks ago. Current weight is 128 (already lost 2 lb!!!!) and would love to lose a total of 15 by spring as well. I am 5"3' and my goal is 115 lb.

    I am doing Jillian Michaels Shredded in 30 every day so far, started with Kayla Itsines guides but I am better following a video than following a list of exercises.

    Hello everyone. Congrats on your success so far. My name is Tara and I am down 15 pounds since December 30th. I feel like I finally have my sugar addiction under control. Jackie Warner is a huge inspiration to me. I have her book 10 pounds in 10 days and that was the start to my motivation. Now I just want to stay on track and lose 10 more pounds and gain strength.
  • Just started. Need to lose 25-30 lbs before prom, plus I have a wedding in April. I weigh 186 I want to be around 155-160. I eat about 1200 calories and do mostly strength workouts with about 5 mins jump roping, ping well so far. Good luck to everyone. :smile:
