Fitbit friends

I just received my Fitbit Charge HR. I'm clueless on how to add friends from MFP. Can someone help? I would greatly appreciate it.

    You will need your friends' email adress to add them. You have to click "add friends". When it says it can't find your friends in your contacts, simply click the option "find friends by email". Then you write in the adress and you're good to go.
