Did you not get any nutrition guides from the doctors after you got out of the hospital?

As long as you weren't given any dietary restrictions at the hospital there's no reason to think you can't eat whatever you want, including stir fry.

If you want to change your diet to eat less carbs, then eat more meat and items high in protein and fat, and less high carb foods.

Nobody here can advise you on nutrition following your surgery ...can you speak to your med team?

    http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/patientinstructions/000150.htm

If they didn't give you any guidelines, I'm sure they gave them to your mom.

based on the guidelines above, I would say no. no stir fry.
  • I didn't have surgury.
  • They said soft food diet for a week err my mom did and that was jam 12 when I got out.

You're 32, dude. Take some responsibility and figure it out for yourself.

Does your health insurance company have a nutritionist you can speak with? Call your MD and ask for diet instructions. I would not just quess.

She's 32. She needs to grow up some. She is acting like a child incapable of taking responsibility for herself in any way.
