Dear fitness pal. Since I have been counting calories I am hungry all the time. I mean stomach growling and everything. Any suggestions? I am getting plenty of protein...more than they recommend

kperez I had to wind up going high fat and very low carb to break the hungry issue. My last meal was at 11:30 am today and I am still fine but it was a Huddle House special containing 2 pieces of sausage, 3 pieces of bacon, 5 over easy eggs and 4 cups of coffee with a lot of half and half creamer. Staying away from any food containing more than 2-6 carbs in it is key in my case but everyone is different.
I know your feeling and hope you find a way to be full all of the time and still lose weight.

Like GaleHawkins said, up the fat and drop down the carbs. This will drop the appetite. Protein and fat will naturally sate you, carbohydrates (sugar form not the soluble and insoluble fiber form) will always cause a hunger spike.0
