I'm 21 years old, currently 209lbs
My goal is currently 175lbs
I once weighed 234lbs, I dropped down to 165lbs and was happy, but due to the way I lost it (water and 500 calories a day) I gained the majority of it back rather fast.
I'm looking to do it right this time and would like someone to motivate/ push me in return for the same, don't be afraid to add me, we can lose this!

500 calories a day? yikes! That must have been hard!!0

It was, and after I lost the weight it was very hard to eat a normal meal, and eventually it was all back, very bad decision!0
