my fitness pal (mfp) Acronyms???

Im new to MFP, enjoying everything so far. My goals are to lose weight and I would like to start streangth training. Also thinking about trying intermittent fasting, currently doing the p90x dvds.....anyways I see alot of Acronyms such as iifym and td ee or something. If you guys/gals could name a few that you know and help me get up to speed..thanks

IIFYM = If it fits your macros. Eat food and meet your personal macronutrient goals (protein, carbs and fat). Tends to be a good response to "Can I eat __?" IIFYM...
BMR= Basal Metabolic Rate. The amount of calories required to keep your vital organs functioning. Never eat below this number.
TDEE= Total Daily Energy Expenditure. The amount of calories you burn by simply existing combined with your general activity level plus exercise. Tends to be a good guide for the amount of calories required to maintain your weight. Subtract 20% for a moderate calorie deficit and you'll lose weight.

NSV = Nonscale victory. Any kind of good thing that happens as a result of weight loss that has nothing to do with the number on the scale.
