Anyone in the 1200-1300 calorie range with input for a newbie

    No, I just put in my info and 1280 is my calorie allowance!! Any good suggestions?

    I'm at 1400. And the reason for that is prob because you put in that you want to lose over 1 lb a week. I would suggest not losing so much so fast or just try to stick to what it says

    Eat a lot of fruits veggies and fish lol

    I just put in to lose 1 pound a week! Also, I have a desk job where I'm pretty stationary all day! I try to get a walk in the day... Not sure that's going to get the job done!

    I'm 30 lbs from my goal and I also got 1280 as my caloric allowance with 1lb loss a week. Maybe I'll change it to 1/2 lb just to see what the difference is.
  • Do you add your calories burned ? It added a lot of available calories for me. Not sure how it worked but it does.
