How can I slim down my legs!!!! Or what is the best workout... Jogging, running, walking...
I want to reduce inches by June!
Any tips! All opinions welcome!

    Squats but first learn proper technique which is vital then this makes you have more confidence and stronger legs so you can more energy , gives you more energy to run, jog and walk... good luck
