Any suggestions of some healthy snacks throughout the day?

    Any kind of raw fruit or veggie.. apples, snap peas, carrots. Those are some of my favorites. And a nice cup of tea. Sometimes a little almond butter or peanut butter with the apple. I need some friends too!
  • Depends on your taste buds but frozen grapes are like natural popsicles, SO GOOD, and dark chocolate covered do the trick for me if I want a little snack. :)

  • Almonds are great...apples/celery or bannanas with peanut butter. Pepperoni from a deli...string cheese. Yogart or cottage cheese are nice also. Good luck!

    Seconded on the banana and peanut butter idea. An apple also hits the spot.
